On the Path of Continous Refinement

Software teams thrive when they can connect their efforts to tangible customer value. This was always my priority as a developer, manager, and startup founder. While most of my career has been collaborating with Marketing teams to build things like acquisition funnels, MarTech integrations, and community portals, I’ve also worked across the customer lifecycle. This includes product research/design/development, internal tooling, automated testing, and more.

In 2021 I co-founded SiteSeer.io to help business owners solve their SEO needs directly by providing a clear list of opportunities for them to implement and learn from. Being a co-founder has reinforced my belief in continuous refinement in response to real-world feedback. It takes courage to embrace new directions.

I have a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Washington, which has helped me work with designers to produce solid results that are both pleasing and not a pain to build.
